Food;
- Breakfast: an apple, one fried egg with nopal
- Lunch: one piece of panela cheese
- Dinner: Chicken salad, pepper soup.
Note: Today I think I ate a lot, I gotta confess I ate a small piece of pay. Guilt is killing me. I believe in occasional pick me ups but, I mean, I just got started. :S
Workout:
- A 50 minutes walk
- 30 minutes of pilates
- 20 minutes arm workout
- 30 minutes dancing
- 10 minuts of random cardio
I felt so good today working out. I think I just lost a pound, tomorrow we’ll see. Power sleep now :)
