July 21, 2011; Today


  • Breakfast: an apple, one fried egg with nopal 
  • Lunch: one piece of panela cheese
  • Dinner: Chicken salad, pepper soup.

Note: Today I think I ate a lot, I gotta confess I ate a small piece of pay. Guilt is killing me. I believe in occasional pick me ups but, I mean, I just got started. :S


  • A 50 minutes walk
  • 30 minutes of pilates
  • 20 minutes arm workout
  • 30 minutes dancing
  • 10 minuts of random cardio

I felt so good today working out. I think I just lost a pound, tomorrow we’ll see. Power sleep now :)
